1. If you Shopping total over £100 in a single order there is no delivery charge

How much is post and packing (P&P)?
No matter how many items you buy on one order, there is a single flat rate P&P charge;
a UK: Regular delivery, £6.5
b Europe(Neatherlands Exclued): Air express mail £10.00

2. All shipping comes with insurance, online tracking. Air Express we are using:

Returns

1.Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 7days of receiving it. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

2.Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 3 days and provide a digital picture of the item received. Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.

3.Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.
